Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Service existing clients with positive, friendly attitude and a solutions mindset.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up sell opportunity including financial products.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Help policy holders understand their coverage, update their policy and stay on track with payments/billing.
• Find opportunities to deepen existing client relationships by suggesting life insurance or other cross line sales.

Must have or be willing to obtain

• Personal Lines Certification or Property/Casualty Certification

Nice to have

• Bilingual; Fluency in Spanish
• Desire to service AND sell new product lines to existing clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
