Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities:

- Sell insurance policies to individuals
- Provide guidance to clients in selecting the most suitable insurance plans
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Maintain client relationships and ensure client retention
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Conduct telemarketing activities to reach potential clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus as there are many prospects that are Spanish speaking only
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
