Customer Service Representative/Sales Member (no experience needed)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Sales member to join the Davis-Francis Allstate Agency team! We are growing and we need a new team member. We are looking for a fast paced, team-oriented member with a winning spirit. This is a great opportunity for a rewarding career with growth opportunities. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
-Identify customer needs and market appropriate products
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls for leads
- Document and update customer records based on interactions within our e-agent system
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Meet monthly sales quotas
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
-Previously licensed individual a plus ( will assist in obtaining if hired)
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Positive and professional demeanor
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
