Here at the Sethe Smith Agency, we are growing fast and we are looking for another driven Sales Agent to join our team!

This position offers competitive base large commissions bonuses! We do offer supplemental benefits, Critical Illness and Accident policies. Most first year agents earn $50,000 their first year, but there is no cap to your earning potential! Will discuss further in interview. Great home work life balance and Paid time off.

You will be provided with the training needed to be successful in this position. We will train you one on one and you will have access to world class training videos.

We provide daily leads and lists, no cold calling!

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. This position does require you to get a Property and Casualty Producer License, which we will help you obtain.

The ideal candidate for our office will be someone with a great attitude, energetic, outgoing, ability to multi-task well, works well as a team, and most importantly has the passion to help others and treat them like family!

You have to be driven to win and be coachable. We will help give you the tools you need to be successful but you have to be willing to do the work!

Pay: $25,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
