Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, we are also seeking kitchen help to do a range of duties in the kitchen before, during and after lunch and dinner services.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions using POS systems
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Skills:
- Experience in bartending or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of various beverages and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably POS Clover
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Understanding of retail math for inventory management
- Experience with banquet or event bartending is a plus
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is an advantage
