Responsibilities

Take minimum of 30 inbound service calls per day

Address questions and find solutions for clients by adhering to “Start to Finish” Service

This includes but not limited to, addressing any customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions.

Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.
