Requirements:
- This position will require working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to mulit-task, follow through and follow up on sales
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude even in the events of rejection
- Self-confident and self-motiveated with the ability to work independently.
- MUST have a goal oriented mindset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must have computer skills.
- Stong listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
- ABILTIY TO PASS A PRE-SCREENING BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST HAVE A VALID INSURANCE LICENSE.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentation and finalize sales
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Meet daily phone call and quote goals.
- Meet sales goals in order to meet quotas set by the management team.
