Insurance Agency Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 to $70,000, plus commission, agency override, and annual bonus

We offer a range of insurance products tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and businesses.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Agency Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, insurance sales, and customer service. The Insurance Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, overseeing 10-12 staff.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency goals

· Manage and motivate a team of insurance agents

· Oversee the processing of insurance claims

· Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management software; minimum 50 WPM
