Allstar Innovations is Hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator Near Hawthorne, NY
- Review for accuracy and process daily inventory transactions for all receipts and adjustments.
- Manage and maintain return authorizations from generation through receipt at 3PL.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods from containers, transfers and returns.
- Assist in Inventory Control process and Item setups for new fulfillment partners.
- Monitor inventory accuracy in multiple warehouses, including outside rework facilities and consignment. Research, reconcile and record inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with Physical Inventory preparation, counting and systemic adjustments.
- Assess cycle count results at various 3PL’s and monitor for performance issues.
- Monthly reporting for Inventory Control related metrics, Storage Costs, and other reporting as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or Certification related to Inventory Management preferred.
- Prior experience in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven ability to work as an integral part of a team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required to domestic 3PL’s.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to interact effectively with various levels of personnel. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a good understanding of SAP R/3 or equivalent system. Microsoft D365 experience a plus but not required.
- Effective communicator which includes escalation of issues as needed.
- Special projects will require analytic thinking, pro-actively addressing systemic issues and working with other departments on various reports and projects.
- Strong analytical skills.
