Position Description:

Responsible for order fulfillment activities. This includes, but is not limited to, customer order picking, packing, and shipping activities, and daily assignments to support these activities.

Scope of Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will:

• Work within an assigned Zone using RF scanners, accurately pick customer orders according to location, product code, lot number, and quantity requested.
• Place the picked items in a box on the conveyor line and continue to the next order once the pick for the current order is completed. Report any discrepancies and/or damages to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities and Manifest / Pack List completion.
• Replenish locations with finished product as requested (reverse pick).
• Observe all safety guidelines; Inform Supervisor of any safety hazards; attend all required safety training classes.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary to move materials while complying with all safety and operating rules. Training is provided.
• Clean, maintain and ensure proper housekeeping in the facility to meet and exceed GMP requirements.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures

Requirements/Preferences:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-3 years experience in comparable position
• Able to interpret, understand, follow, and communicate instructions.
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written (read, write) clearly in English. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Flexible to work weekends and extended periods of time when needed.
• Must obtain certification (if required) for operating forklift equipment (Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Pallet Rider) within 90 days of starting.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Ability to work well with others and be a team member.
• Self confident with strong initiative, good organizational skills and excellent time management

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.00 - $20.25 per hour
