Project Accountant – Construction Management Firm - Base Salary to 85k/year – Mansfield, TX

• Currently, our client is seeking a Project Accountant to oversee a Datacenter project with one of their premier clients. This position requires experience in Mission Critical Facilities or Datacenters.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work activities including scheduling, logistics, quality control, and staffing.
• Manage monthly pay applications, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Participate in pre-construction activities and ensure subcontractor engagement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and construction industry standards.
• Utilize construction-specific accounting methods for accurate financial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in building construction means and methods, scheduling, general contract principles, subcontract documents, and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 85k/year
