Plant Manager – Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 160k/year - Jacksonville, FL

• Our client is an industry-leading plastics manufacturing company. They are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to represent their company. This is a great work environment, and the plant is in excellent shape.

Responsibilities:

• Create a culture that promotes safety as a top priority.
• Monitor KPI’s to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement, and constantly evaluate productivity.
• Development, training and coaching of staff.
• individual and team goals for staff and provides continuous feedback.
• Responsible for all operations in the plant on all shifts.
• Conduct timely annual reviews and evaluations of staff.
• Manager budgetary responsibilities, including cost control, inventory, supply chain, and forecasting.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements, implementing best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of leadership experience in a plastics manufacturing environment (injection molding strongly preferred).
• Experience in utilizing Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve plant efficiency.
• Experienced working in a fasted paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 160k/year
• Up to 20 % target bonus
