Land Development Project Manager – Residential Home Builder – Base Salary to 130k/year – Oswego, OR

They build in Portland, Forest Grove, Tigard, Bethany, Tualatin and more with dozens of traditional, ranch, multi-generational, and semi-custom floor plans offered!
  • The Land Development Project Manager will be a key player on this local team. The Land Development Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire development lifecycle of their new communities from raw land to finished subdivisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of land development projects, including feasibility studies, permitting, and infrastructure construction
  • Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and other consultants to ensure project plans meet all specifications
  • Secure bids, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the development process
  • Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations and building codes
  • Must be able to categorize all bills and provide accurate cost codes on all Bills Payable
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality construction and compliance with plans
  • Effectively communicate project progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in land development or related construction field experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
  • Strong understanding of site-development, materials, and building codes
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

Compensation:

  • Base salary ranging from 90k - 130k/year
  • Discretionary bonus
