Billing Coordinator - HVAC Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 70k / year - Millstone, NJ

Our client, a stable, fast-growing family-owned mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Billing Coordinator.

They have been in business for over 30 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The Millstone team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and looking for individuals who operate from a customer first mentality.

Responsibilities :

• Collect time sheets, understand the correct hours to be billed
• Track certifications to be sent with invoices
• Handle purchase orders for material and equipment purchases
• Assist with creation of client proposals and contracts
• Interact with technicians, clients, and vendors

Qualifications :

• 3 years office experience within the HVAC industry
• Experience with billing / invoicing (highly detailed work)
• Strong computer skills : Word, Excel, QuickBooks and ability to learn customized invoicing software
• Great attention to detail : spelling, grammar, numbers accuracy

Compensation :

• Base salary in the 50k 70k / year range
