**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- Communicate and help customers with our Pre-approval process

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers in both English and Spanish languages

- Utilize multilingual skills to support a diverse customer base

- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

- Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and preferences

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus

- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
