Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Flint, MI. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the pallet and packaging assembly operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate pallet and packaging assembly activities
• Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in pallet and packaging assembly
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
