Allison Jung Family Dentistry is Hiring an Associate Dentist Near Fort Collins, CO

Allison Jung Family Dentistry Mission Statement: To have empathy for all members of our dental family and do meticulous dentistry with integrity in a caring and compassionate environment that is energetic and honest.

I am looking for a personable and highly skilled Associate to join my private practice 3 days/week in Fort Collins, CO. Great team and office that is very relationship driven. This practice has had an associate dentist for 10 years so all the systems are in place for you. The current associate of 6 years is leaving to be closer to home. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our team to diagnose, treat, and prevent various dental conditions, ensuring the overall oral health and well-being of our patients. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth and collaboration within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PATIENT CARE
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations to assess oral health conditions.
  • Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide a range of dental treatments including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and periodontal therapy.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures.
  • Address patient concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • TREATMENT PLANNING AND COORDINATION:
  • Collaborate with the dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Communicate treatment options, risks, and benefits effectively to patients.
  • Coordinate with specialists when necessary for complex treatment cases.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices.
  • Participate in continuing education courses and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the dental practice.
  • PRACTICE MANAGEMENT:
  • Assist in managing daily operations and workflow within the dental practice.
  • Uphold high standards of clinical excellence, infection control, and patient safety.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through exceptional patient care and positive patient experiences.
  • Share emergency call.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license and in good standing with the state dental board.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care and exceptional patient experiences.

Compensation:

  • Based on a percentage of production
  • The salary range is $100,000-$200,000 per year
  • Benefits include CE, 401k, and Dental
