Job Summary:
Provide valet parking and front door guest services for patients, visitors, and guests. Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.

Valet Hours: 5am-5pm
Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Provide Responsive Customer Service.
- Answer questions about parking, provide directions and assist customer with entering and exiting the hospital entrance.
- Greet all customers in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.
- Parking and Retrieving Vehicles.
- Move vehicle to appropriate valet parking spot promptly to avoid congestion.
- Ensure correct documentation on valet tickets.
- When retrieving vehicle, deliver vehicle to hospital entrance check claim ticket to ensure you're delivering to the right customer.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience required and
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Parking Attendant/Valet preferred
- Valid Driver's License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment
