SCR form required. 36 hours but only 24 guaranteed. **Travelers cannot be a resident of the following counties: Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster**Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.
