Pay $20.00 Hourly

BENEFITS INFORMATION:

1. Healthcare

a. Non-union employees are entitled to ANTHEM 6000 or AETNA HDHP plans;

b. Union employees follow CBA benefits.

c. Benefit selection must be completed within 60 days of assignment to site, via EHUB.

2. *Sick Days and Vacation (PTO)

. Non-union get Anniversary PTO 0-3 yrs = 64 hrs; 4-8 yrs = 80 hrs; 9 yrs = 120 hrs PTO.

3. *Parental Leave

. 12 weeks fully paid parental leave including adoption leave and baby bonding for non-birthing parent/partner, that must begin within 30 days before or after birth/adoption date, and must be consecutive. (Cannot take a month, then wait a month and take another month off.)

4. *Tuition Reimbursement

. $5,000 tax free tuition reimbursement per year is available, but must be used for career-related learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
