Job Description
Schedule : Full-time, driving required, multiple schedules available, must have weekend availability.

Pay : $28.08 / hour
As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent (copy to be submitted)
- Six-month State of Hawaii MVR records
- Pass ONE-TIME physical within the past 6 months
- Pass 12-panel drug test
- Physical Agility test involving the carrying of fire extinguisher and lifting a small child and lifting a handicapped person.
- Must be able to pass a background check to obtain an AOA badge
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
- Complete one of the approved programs : Certified State, County or Federal law enforcement recruit Director approved programs
- Each LEO will possess the following minimum qualifications :
- 2 years as a Law Enforcement Officer after graduating from an approved programNo felony convictions or convictions for abuse of a household memberMust be able to effectively do the following : Supervise Contractors on site Pass weapons qualificationsWork effectively with airport management, tenants, other law enforcement agencies and the public on matters dealing with the following : Security disputesComplaints on the performance, conduct or behavior of subordinate employeesAppear in court for citations issued
