Job Title: Starts Coordinator

Summary/Objective:

The Starts Coordinator at Allied Stone Inc. is responsible for generating and tracking new starts. This position will work with builders and field production to gather all information required for starts reporting

• Review all builder documentation in Builder Portals including start memos, home options and floor plans
• Solid math skills and proven proficiencies in maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets to track packages, options, status, and closings in coordination with VP of Sales
• Continuous monitoring of starts across all communities
• Maintain communication with customers concerning status of starts
• Manage detailed community maps of starts, closings, plans and elevations

Competencies:

• Successfully collect accurate starts data from customers and present it to leadership to meet dedlines

Work Environment:

This will be at our corporate office in Farmers Branch, Texas

Physical Demands:

This position will not require any significant physical demands. This position will involve sitting for extended periods of time.

Travel Required:

There is not significant travel expected for this position beyond commuting to the office.

Required Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years of previous experience as a Starts Coordinator required, preferably in the single-family homebuilder industry
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Preferred Education and Experience:

JD Edwards, Brix, and Buildpro experience preferred

Bid package preparation and analysis
