SIGN UP BONUS FOR A COMMERCIAL ROOFING FOREMAN THAT BRINGS A CREW OF 7 SKILLED ROOFERS WITH HIM [OR HER] = 8. To receive the bonus you and your crew must work for our firm 90 working days minimum that measures up to our standards of quality and reasonable production levels. The successful foreman that joins our team will receive the bonus within 2 weeks after achieving your first 90 WORKING days successfully with the entire crew you bring with you. It will be the foreman's decision if he [ or she] wants to share the bonus with your crew or keep it for his self, once satisfactorily completing 90 working days. Hiring bonus will be a lessor amount, if crew is less then 8

You and your crew must have seasoned experience with TPO, MODIFIED BITUMEN and Built Up Roofing [BUR]. We are only interested in skilled quality workmanship and safe work practices.

You and your crew must be willing to submit to :

A]Drug screening - WE ARE A DRUG FREE COMPANY

B] A criminal back ground check with no felonies

C] Must have Legal Hiring Status or with legal green card status

D] A interview

E] Roofing personnel must have their own transportation.

F] If your assigned a truck to drive, our company requires a good driving records with 3 points or less and other specific requirements to care for the truck. Truck assignments are rare and limited to our very best, level of care and circumstances that meet company criteria of need. Employees are expected to have their own personal transportation to the jobs.

In addition to bonus offered, we also pay very well compared to our other competitors, as it relates to your level of roofing skills. Foreman earn $29.00 to $35.00 per hour based on your skills and actual quality performance. Mechanics depending on their skills earn $ 23.00 to 29.00 per hour. Laborers dependent on their experiences earn $19.00 to $23.00. As you can see, we pay very well compared to our competitors.

Laborers and Roofers must have their own hand tools, such as commercial scissors, utility razor knife, hammer and trowel. We furnish everything else, so long as it is taken care of.
