Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment (Light occasional cleaning)
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and drive sales
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. (Will train the right person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Spanish speaking skills is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store tidy
- Knowledge of restaurant equipment & supplies is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
