• $20-$23 per hour
• Contract-to-hire

• You will be making outbound calls to people that have expressed interest in participating in a research study
• Determine which studies would be best for each person
• Ask qualifying questions regarding health and medications

• Great listener who treats people with kindness, dignity and respect
• Medical contact center experience a plus
• Goal driven
• Experience making outbound calls in a call center environment
