Client Experience Specialist
Our South Olathe transportation client is looking for a Client Experience Supervisor to provide a high level of customer service to clients in a fast paced environment.

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 5 : 00 pm during training (8 hours between 8 : 00 - 6 : 00 once trained)
Contract-to-hire / $18 an hour
On-site - Olathe area
Duties
Excellent customer support
Answer calls and emails
Determine needs and provide resolutions to questions / problems
Track conversation notes in Salesforce
Prioritize demands
Work with internal management team to help clients resolve concerns
High School Degree or GED required
Excellent Customer Service ability
Strong Computer skill
