EXPECTED HIRING RANGE: $17 - $19 per hour base pay
Swing shift starts at 4:30 p.m. and pays a 10% differential on all wagesJOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, cleans shop areas, machines, and provides light facilities duties. May assist in Deburr or other departments such as Maintenance or Shipping. Assists Machinists as needed with setups/break-downs. Performs various inspections (crane, etc.) as necessary. May assist in moving parts/bins via forklift to other areas or machine maintenance duties.
QUALIFICATIONS

One year experience working in a shop/production environment highly preferred.
General mechanical ability
Familiarity with hand tools such as wrenches, power tools, etc.
Sit down forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends on a regular basis
Must be able to communicate effectively and understand instructions
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines
Must be flexible and adaptable with regard to changing priorities and assignments
Must be highly safety conscious and work with safety as the number one priority

WORK ENVIRONMENTShop floor environment with noise (under 80 db), dirt, oil and grease. Walking surfaces may be slippery and slip-resistant shoes are required. Exposure to air-borne oil/coolant mist and mildly hazardous chemicals. Position requires individual to be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., to climb in or on large machined parts and/or over or on large CNC machines.
