Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, and providing home care services.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality
- Provide personal care services with empathy and respect
- Support clients receiving hospice care with dignity and compassion

Experience:
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Ability to provide quality care to individuals with diverse needs
- Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans diligently
