**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed according to plans
- Communicate effectively to provide updates on progress
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
**Skills:**
The following skills are required or preferred for this role:
- Experience with construction management
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
