positions are available in community residences for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in northern CT.

If hired, you are eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus!

We offer paid on-the-job training, which means no experience is required! We will provide all training to help you advance and be successful in your position with Allied Community Programs.

Job Requirements :

• High School diploma / GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal / DVM / abuse registry and past employment checks
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Professionalism in interacting with people with disabilities and co-workers

Salary

starting pay is $17.77 an hour, plus a sign-on bonus.
