Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Batch Maker to join our team in the food industry. As a Batch Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.

Duties:
- Follow recipes and production schedules to accurately measure and mix ingredients
- Operate equipment such as mixers, blenders, and scales to prepare batches
- Monitor batch processes to ensure proper temperature, consistency, and quality
- Adhere to FDA regulations and food safety standards, including HACCP guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of ingredients used, batch sizes, and production times
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas before and after each batch
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Mechanical knowledge to operate batch-making equipment effectively
- Forklift experience is a plus

Skills:
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and food processing standards
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines for food safety
- Ability to fabricate batches according to recipes and production schedules
- Proficient in sanitizing equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness
