Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Specialist-Closed Door Mail Order Pharmacy

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Review script level tickets to ensure proper process was followed and correct as needed

• Contact internal and external stakeholders (Pharmacy Partners) to move scripts forward in their processing

• Identify / flag scripts for proactive reporting to clients

• Triage, resolve, and respond to order-related client escalations or one-off requests

• Identify errors and understand workflows Ideal Candidate Background and Competencies

• Prior pharmacy technician experience and use of proprietary software to process prescriptions

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in order to resolve script level issues

• Willingness to learn and understand operational workflows in order to quickly determine root cause

• Prior experience working with external clients with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to resolve questions or concerns

• Solution-oriented approach to find creative solutions for our clients

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in order to resolve client issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team player who wants to help build up others

• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare

• Lean process improvement or six sigma experience a plus but not required

Schedule- M-F either 9:30am - 6pm EST or 10am-6:30pm EST (your choice)

Pay Ranges- $20-$25/hr

Must Have Requirements-

• State registered as a Pharm Tech AND PTCB/NHA Certified
• Retail background strongly preferred
• Recent experience with intake and billing, inventory management, and communication with 3rd party vendors or clients
• Experience working independently and able to troubleshoot technical or job related issues
• Knowledge of Pharmacy Operations
• Experience as a lead or senior technician for a retail pharmacy is preferred
• Must be a clear communicator and team player, an independent worker, and highly focused on quality.
• Must be able to answer difficult questions directly with clients/customers.

Projected Start Date- 04/15 or 04/22
