Job Title/ Type of Pharmacy - Registered/ Certified Pharmacy Technician for an Inpatient Pharmacy

Job Duties - Accurate preparation of patient medications including sterile products, chemotherapy, unit dose, cartfills, TPN, narcotics and accurate and timely delivery of patient specific medications

Schedule - Day and evening shifts of Monday - Friday and weekends as needed: Day shift: 6 am-2:30 pm & Evening shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Pay - Hourly pay rate is now a sliding scale of $23.00/hour - $27.00/hour, depending on experience. The rate of pay will be based on experience as a Certified IV Tech in the area of either Inpatient, Homecare, Infusion, or Retail.

Licensing required - Certified IV trained technicians. National Pharmacy Technician certification and Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration required

Experience needed - Pharmacy background of 1 years - Must be state and nationally certified. IV Certification is great, but not required. Prefer candidates with inpatient experience, but open to different backgrounds as well (homecare, Infusion, or Retail).
