ResponsibilitiesGenerating business through referrals, prospecting for new clients, and promoting mortgage products.
Understanding clients' financial needs to provide tailored solutions.
Assisting clients through the loan application and mortgage process.
Completing accurate loan applications and necessary documentation for borrowers.
Analyzing financial and credit information to match clients with suitable loan programs.
Coordinating with wholesale lenders' mortgage teams for loan underwriting and final approval.
Collaborating with wholesale lenders' mortgage departments for a smooth closing process.
Ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations and staying updated on available products.
QualificationsRequired active NMLS licenses in FL, GA, MD, and/or PA.
At least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker/Originator.
Skilled in Encompass (preferred) and experience in commercial mortgage origination is advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent independent work skills accompanied by strong interpersonal communication.
Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and attention to detail capabilities.
Positive attitude and effective teamwork qualities.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and professional integrity.
