Currently recruiting Third Shift for Stackers, Loaders and Operators for general machine operations.

Essential Job Functions:

· Ability to lead and communicate with precise direction to crew members daily, weekly and monthly goals

· Ability to perform all crew member functions and responsibilities

· Conduct make ready by ensuring that the correct material is selected, and machine settings are set for optimal run speed for producing high quality edge guard.

· Ensure that customer packaging and quality standards are met. Verify thickness, width, length, glue adherence, board angle, and accurate piece count. (Band, tag, and wrap palettes)

· Follows established standard operating procedures and works to meet all score card metrics. (safety, quality, production, and waste management)

· Conducts line clearance to ensure that customer/material mixture does not occur

· Completes all required documents

· Responsible for material handling and product segregation

· Performs preventative maintenance and housekeeping of workstations

· -Ability to read a tape measure and measure up to 1/32

· Adhere to safety rules and guidelines

· -Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Must be willing to work overtime as needed

· -Must be able to manage time and crew members effectively

· Must be able to problem solve

· Must have good math skills

· Must have good written and communication skills

· Must have attention to detail

· Must have basic computer skills

· Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
