Certified Athletic Trainer Shift: 4-10 schedule – 1:00pm to 11:00pm
Location: Work-Fit is seeking an Athletic Trainer for the Industrial Athlete (IA) Program at our Renton Pre-Flight (RPF) location as part of the Boeing Central Team. Currently, we staff (2) full-time athletic trainer positions at this location. The Central Team is comprised of 7 Athletic Trainers and 2 Exercise Physiologists, serving RPF, Seattle Delivery Center and Paint, Thompson Center, Military Flight Center and ADC. Work-Fit provides services as part of the Industrial Athlete (IA) program for The Boeing Company. Services will include Symptom Intervention, Job Conditioning and other prevention services. **SIGN-ON BONUS, BOC REIMBURSEMENT & SALARIES STARTING AT $65,000** Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking an Athletic Trainer. The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services. Needs to show exceptional ability to engage employees in an industrial field
Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well within a team
Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services
Needs to be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone
Competency with Microsoft Office software
Degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or related field
Experience with corrective exercise and teaching group exercise classes preferred
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, within State of Washington as an Athletic Trainer
