• A minimum of 3 years professional painting experience supervising a crew.
• A steady crew. We are NOT looking for solo painters. We are looking only for professional painters with their own crew.
• Power washer, sprayer, ladders, hopper, tools for carpentry.
• An unmarked White van / vehicle to transport your crew and equipment. 
• General Liability Insurance a plus
• Smart Phone
• Speak English
