Primary Responsibilities:
These are the general job duties typically associated with this position, and actual job duties may include additional duties depending upon location and services offered.

• Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
• Submit all transaction journals daily
• Assists with inventory maintenance
• Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for your store
• Sell all wireless and entertainment products and services offered by the company and meet all sales objectives
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders
• Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services

We Are Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Be at least 18 years old
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Have reliable transportation
• Computer Proficiency
• Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and have a passion for helping people
