Overview

The Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager develops and implements policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and/or supplies. This position also coordinates daily warehousing activities and personnel, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports the organization's supply chain strategy through timely receipt and distribution of goods. Monitors and manages local warehouse operations for compliance with standard Company processes and local regulations governing handling, storage, and distribution of equipment, supplies, and ancillary items.
• Supervise and process all shipping/receiving orders for the Commerce, CA warehouse, including coordinating installation with various subcontractors. May also process requests for shipping quotes from the warehouse to various locations.
• Input and manage sales orders in the warehouse software program, receiving and invoicing all equipment from all warehouse locations.
• Process, review, and approve all installation invoices, and vendors' shipment invoices received, .
• Coordinate the delivery and corresponding freight charges for all equipment and work directly with the Purchasing Manager to ensure proper inventory/stock control.
• Manage all warehouse team members for , including mentoring, training, development, and performance management.
• Customer support expert, serving as the escalation point of contact, managing incoming calls or correspondence, and communicating with internal and external partners or suppliers. Handles customer inquiries and addresses any discrepancies.
• Operate and supervise the correct usage of forklift trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment following all safety and security procedures. Spots for forklift drivers to keep people out of fall danger zones.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain/logistics management, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• 3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role with proven knowledge of the field's procedures and practices is required.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including word processing software, spreadsheets, email, and database management.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; SageX3 experience required.

Standard and Physical Requirements:

• Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending.
• Position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently. For greater weight items assistive devices will be provided.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus.

For California the base compensation range for this role is $66,000.00 to $76,000.00 . Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
