JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation : $ - $ per year

Schedule : Sunday -Thursday

Shift : 1st Shift (6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM) or 2nd Shift (3-11pm)

Reports to : Maintenance Manager

Pay : 50-65k depending on experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work alongside Stakes MFG Maintenance Technicians to understand and practice safe
• working procedures.
• Perform required preventative, reactive, and emergency maintenance
• Monitor equipment health and track downtime events
• Accurately complete forms and documentation in a timely manner
• Comply with internal best practice when performing maintenance events.
• General facility maintenance including but not limited to : Small Electrical, Basic
• Plumbing, Basic HVAC.
• Maintain and improve cosmetic makeup of the facility.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly checklists related to maintenance and safety.
• Help develop, plan, and execute preventative maintenance procedures on equipment.
• Assist in the tracking and ordering of needed material.
• Other duties as needed.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

• Working knowledge of identifying, reporting, and correcting unsafe procedures, situations,
• and equipment.
• General knowledge of tools, parts, and machinery.
• Working knowledge of digital printing equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Having a flexible schedule that can at times include long hours, emergency call-ins, nights,
• weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to communicate with management, vendors, and other departments.
• Administrative, organizational, and record keeping skills.
• The ability to stay organized while multitasking.
• Ability to plan and execute projects set forth by management.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to handle strenuous work for several hours at a time.
• Ability to prioritize work based on the needs of the company.
