JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation : $16.00 per hour

We're actively seeking skilled Factory Assemblers to join our Canton, OH facility.

Please note that the job location for this position is not accessible by public transportation.

Highlights of the Factory Assembler Position :

• Competitive starting pay of $16 / hr, experience and shift-based

• Earn an unlimited referral bonus of $ for each successful referral working for 30 days
• Receive a $ sign-on bonus after 6 months (including the 90-day probationary period)
• Enjoy an additional $ bonus after 12 months (including the 90-day probationary period)

Factory Assembler Work Schedule :

• 1st Shift : 5 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm (Monday-Thursday)
• 2nd Shift : 3 : 30 pm - 1 : 30 am (Monday-Thursday)
• Actual hours may vary
• Opportunity for voluntary overtime on Fridays

Factory Assembler Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience

Factory Assembler Responsibilities :

• Mandatory mechanical knowledge and industrial work experience
• Ability to read and comprehend sheet metal drawings
• Utilize assembly drawings to efficiently assemble sheet metal components into finished units
• Follow instructions to install various devices, instruments, and bus bars
• Utilize connection and power diagrams to determine proper routing
• Ensure accurate connections based on the company's standards
• Understand power diagrams for current transformer polarity through knowledge of connection diagrams
• Proficiently use all required wiring tools according to the company's standards
• Familiarity with wire by schematic drawings is a plus
