We are looking for professional caregivers with availability to work 8 to 12 hour shifts. Our 12 hour shifts are (8AM-8PM) and our 8 hour shifts are (9AM-5PM or 10AM-6PM).

Starting pay for Home Health Aides (HHAs) is $18.55/hr - special rates are case specific. OVERTIME Available - offering up to 20 hours OT / 60 total hours per week.

Home Health Aides will provide the following tasks as indicated on the individualized plan of care:

• Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands
• Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assist with toileting including the use of bedpan, commode or toilet
• Assist with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker and wheelchair
• Assist with medication as specified on plan of care
• Provide routine skin care
• Measure and record vital signs as directed
• Observe and report all changes to RN
• Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills
• Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice

HHA Job Requirements:

• Must have an active New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Must have at least 6 months of HHA experience
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Fluency in English
