PRN RNs - Sun City, AZ

Job Summary:

Alliance Home Care is a fully licensed and insured skilled home health care agency providing services to families in the West Valley and Phoenix area.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to the care plan
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Perform physical examinations and collect relevant medical data
- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of diseases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Alora Health for documentation purposes

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Arizona
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and infection control practices
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• One, or more, years in Home Health Agency or in a hospital setting is preferred but not required
• Must have criminal background check
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Must have the ability to drive and the ability to access patients’ homes
