Alliance Highway Safety is Hiring a Fan Experience Brand Ambassador Near Indianapolis, IN
Alliance Sport Marketing is looking for FLEXIBLE, OUTGOING, and ORGANIZED individuals to assist as a Brand Ambassador during the 2024 Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. As a Brand Ambassador, you will work with our experienced team to coordinate the sponsorship activation of a fan zone experience at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Alliance Sport Marketing specializes in impactful community messaging, with a primary focus on highway safety programs directly with various states and carries out targeted messaging about drinking and driving, texting and driving, wearing seatbelts, speeding, and other campaigns using sports, entertainment, and high school venues as our platform.
We desire outgoing, flexible, and responsible individuals to share campaign messages at events to help continue making an impact in these communities and saving lives.
Responsibilities:
Staffing activation areas
Interacting with fans in the assigned activation area
Operating activation activities for fans
Capturing photographs of marketing activations and engagement at events
Ensuring that each venue is meeting sponsorship requirements (signs, PA announcements, video commercials, print ads, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be willing to work Indy 500 Race Weekend (May 24-26)
Ability to work on your feet for several hours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay flexible and adaptable
Have strong interpersonal skills that complement a proactive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic
Education/Experience:
Current student enrolled in a degree program
Recent graduate looking to gain experience in sponsorship activation
