ALLIANCE HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES is Hiring a Maintenance Director Near Quincy, MA
We are seeking an experienced and skilled full time Maintenance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the operations of the physical plant and property. This is a working supervisory position that ensures the safe and efficient function of all physical plant and environmental systems.
Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems a must. Must also be knowledgeable in building codes, life safety and OSHA regulations. Supervisory experience in a maintenance related position is essential.
