Alliance Health Group is Hiring an Environmental Services Manager Near Henderson, NC

Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team in Henderson, NC!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the housekeeping department and operations.
  • Ensuring facility cleanliness standards are met at all times.
  • Create and enforce high level policies and practices within the housekeeping department.
  • Assist with hiring department members as needed and attend all on-the-job training.
  • Help create and ensure a positive culture within housekeeping department.
  • Exceptional communication with staff, residents, and family members at all times.
  • Help create a culture of superior customer service.
  • Work interdepartmentally to ensure housekeeping department meets overall needs of facility.

Qualifications:

  • Housekeeping/Laundry experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Management experience
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
