Alliance Fire Protection Services is seeking an experiened Fire Sprinkler Inspector. The Fire Sprinkler Inspector will be responsible for conducting fire sprinkler inspections, ensuring fire protection systems are functional and up to code, and completing reports.

Job Overview:
Inspector is accountable for the proper and timely inspection of fire alarm systems/fire sprinkler systems in such a way as to endure quality product, client satisfaction and profit objectives.

Must have NICET Level II....

Must be professional, dependable, highly motivated and detailed oriented.

Job Requirements:

1) Inspect buildings to locate hazardous conditions and fire code violations such as accumulations of combustible material, electrical wiring problems, and inadequate or non-functional fire exits.

2) Identify corrective actions necessary to bring properties into compliance with applicable fire codes, laws, regulations, and standards, and explain these measures to property owners or their representatives.

3) Conduct inspections and acceptance testing of newly installed fire protection systems.

4) Inspect and test fire protection and/or fire detection systems to verify that such systems are installed in accordance with appropriate laws, codes, ordinances, regulations, and standards.

5) Conduct fire code compliance follow-ups to ensure that corrective actions have been taken in cases where violations were found.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have experience inspection commercial alarm/sprinkler systems
• Must have NICET Level II....
• Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend required
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Professional and dependable
• NICET / NFP Certificated is required
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
