Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within the shop environment, supporting the overall operations and ensuring efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in assembling and fabricating products using hand tools and power tools.

- Support shop operations by organizing materials, maintaining inventory, and keeping work areas clean.

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

-Basic fleet maintenance and repairs as needed

Qualifications:

- Prior experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred.

- Mechanical knowledge to assist in assembling and fabricating tasks.

- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.

- Ability to operate a forklift safely is advantageous.

-Fabrication experience, including welding is a plus

-Assisting office personnel as needed

-Various miscellaneous tasks as assigned
