ACS is looking for a receptionist to support our team and be the face of our company. We are looking for a candidate that has strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong time management skills.

Position Summary
This position provides secretarial support for the office and is responsible for posting all payments. It requires minimal travel and has contact with entire office as well as any visitors.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Enters all payments into our system, accurately distributes fees
· Processes postdated credit cards
· Run ACH report and enter into the payment window and CCDs
· Import DRC’s to post
· Travels to post office daily, sorts mail and delivers mail to the appropriate department
· Performs the end of day balancing and posting of all payments
· Writes up deposit slip and puts it and payments in the bank bag
· Responsible for balancing and returning the cash drawer to the safe every evening
· Answers and transfers calls in a friendly and timely manner
· Greets all walk-ins and assists them with their needs, which may include receiving payments or escorting visitors to their correct destination
· Updates individual accounts with returned mail
· Scans important documents into the designated scan folder
· Stamps all outgoing mail with postage before moving to the outgoing mail tray
· Processes ACA on Wednesdays of each week
· Processes bankruptcy and deceased scrubbing reports
· Distributes card declines to appropriate department
· Administer letters process

· A high school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
· Neat and professional appearance
· Reliable form of transportation
· Excellent verbal communication and customer service

Work Hours and Conditions
· Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour meal break
· Occasional overtime as required and approved
