Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is seeking a dedicated Day Porter for our Seattle locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional maintenance experiences for our customers and their facilities. As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our client's premises. This position is perfect for individuals with janitorial experience who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and polish surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles
• Interact professionally with customers and other team members

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods of time
• All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background check
• Must be 18 years or older

Compensation

Pay ranges from $19.97 to $21.70 per hour, with bonus opportunities and overtime available.
